Getting equipment to site.
Delivery and collection availability may depend on the delivery location, site access, product or equipment type and scheduling.
Any estimated delivery or collection timeframe is an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise.
Safe access matters.
Customers are responsible for advising us of any relevant access, safety or site conditions that may affect delivery, placement, servicing or collection.
Our team may decline or postpone work where reasonable access cannot be provided or conditions present an unacceptable safety risk.
