All sales are final, and we do not accept refunds or returns as every product is tested and quality assured. In accordance with Queensland laws, we encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions and specifications before making a purchase. If you believe your product is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assess the situation in line with consumer rights.
